Final concert

With the top pianist Gerold Huber and violinist Lena ter Schegget proudly supplies Raoul songs that hold a special place in his heart; a special Erlkönig for example.

This time Goethe's poem is not heard in Schubert's famous version, but in the much less often heard setting of louis spohr. Camille Saint-Saëns wrote his famous symphonic poem Danse Macabre based on a song of the same name that you don't hear very often in the concert hall.

Raoul also sings a number of songs from Alma Mahler en Hans Pfitzner, in which melancholy and ecstasy alternate. In addition, Gabriel Fauré's famous ones will be heard Lullaby and virtuoso piano works by Chopin.
